We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know. PureNordic will gladly replace any item that is defective in any way. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for a return shipment package for you. All items should be in a secure carton or you can reuse the original packaging. Contact us immediately if you have a problem, and we will walk you through the procedure. We want you to be happy! Our return address is: We offer a 14 day money-back guarantee on unworn merchandise, provided it is still in it's original packaging. All our products are covered against any defects in workmanship. If you receive a flawed product contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you, and instruct you on how best to return the flawed product. Please note, we do not warranty against normal wear & tear! Treat your jewellery kindly. =) Any refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
